Hello, I'm Tom, the CEO of When Can You Do It 360, often referred to as W360. I've always had a passion for sales, which started in my youth when I sold watermelons door to door. Since then, my journey has been marked by various business ventures. Notably, I served as the CEO of an insulation company, where I honed and perfected my signature sales process known as the "When Can You Do It?" sales process.

My proficiency in the in-home sales process reached a point where even my suppliers struggled to keep up with the demand. To address this challenge, I took a bold step and established The Attic Depot, becoming my own supplier. Soon, others in my industry realized that while their suppliers were falling short, The Attic Depot consistently had the products they needed. This led to many of my competitors ordering products from us.

Over time, I realized that I didn't want to compete against my own customers, which prompted me to step away from the insulation business. Instead, I decided to focus entirely on The Attic Depot, aiming to provide our customers with an exceptional wholesale experience. During my time in the wholesale business, I observed that many contractors struggled with the sales process. Some didn't grasp the essential steps, while others believed they were doing their best.

It was at this point that I, along with my dedicated team, including my wife Dani and my brother Tim, decided to create When Can You Do It 360. Our goal is to empower other contractors, teaching them how to elevate their ticket averages and boost their sales teams' closing rates from 20-30% to an impressive 80-90%. By doing so, we aim to help companies not just grow, but to thrive, taking their annual revenue from $500,000 to an impressive $5 million. Together, we are committed to providing top-notch training to help you achieve your business goals.
